 A Placement Agency or some may call a senior advisor or elder care advisor is an agency that offers resources and referrals to assist clients with finding the retirement community that may best fit their needs. At N.A.T.I.V.E.Placements we provide clients with a personalized plan of action which entails recommendations of resources geared towards the client's needs allowing the client to make informed decisions regarding their retirement living choices, social determinants, and their well-being. 

Placement agencies are usually paid a referral fee by the facilities they are partnered. At. N.A.T.I.V.E. Placements we do not charge the client for our placement services. When a client moves into a community we are rewarded by partnering facilities and independent donations. This allows us to provide no-cost placement services to our clients and their family members.

Placement agencies assist the client and family member with combing through the mass amount of retirement living communities. At N.A.T.I.V.E. pLACEMENTS WE HAVE EXPERIENCED referral Advisors who take the burden off the client and families giving them the time to spend precious moments together. Our referral advisor spends time with the client and family to gather information and obtain an understanding of the client's needs and desires given the ability to match the client with the community which will best fit their social, physical, and financial means. Our referral advisor works together with the client and family to assist while walking the path of discovering the client's next best place to call home. 

We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. However, we do offer some services outside of these hours by appointment.
